Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care across 11 hospitals in Missouri and Illinois. The role involves floating across multiple facilities within the system, exclusively practicing in the Emergency Department, and working three 12-hour night shifts with flexible start times.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, advocating for patients, and collaborating

Qualifications

• 2+ years ED RN experience.
• Current RN license for Missouri and Illinois.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Preferred: Trauma experience, Bachelor’s degree, TNCC certification, 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients in the ED and develop/implement care plans.
• Advocate for patients and coordinate with healthcare teams.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care across multiple facilities.
