Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of fleet maintenance management or supervision for a large multi-site fleet.
• Experience overseeing multiple shops and teams of technicians and supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of safety/compliance standards and OSHA regulations.
• Proficient in maintenance planning, budgeting, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to on-site technicians and shop supervisors to ensure safe, efficient repairs.
• Coordinate scheduling of repairs across shops to maximize productivity and control overtime.
• Monitor shop performance and implement process improvements.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs and manage maintenance budgets and records.
