Qualifications
- 5+ years leading fleet maintenance operations or regional teams with supervisors and technicians.
- Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance programs for heavy-duty fleets.
- Experience managing budgets, inventory, vendors, and expenses.
- Thorough OSHA safety knowledge and compliance experience.
- Proficient with maintenance management software and MS Office; strong communication
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance operations across 5+ facilities and 90+ assets.
- Own regional fleet maintenance performance, including P&L and budgeting.
- Direct preventative maintenance, repairs, and reliability initiatives.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance through audits and inspections.
- Recruit, develop, and lead maintenance personnel regionally.
