Job summary

PrimeSource Building Products, Inc. in Dallas is seeking a Regional Fleet and Driver Manager to lead the fleet delivery operations across the distribution network.

You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while partnering with Wolf Logistics and other stakeholders to optimize transportation. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management, focusing on process improvements, equipment optimization, standardization, and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in fleet management, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations, warehouse operations, and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead multiple locations and large, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with P&L management and budgeting processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or KT problem-solving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of fleet operations to meet targets in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and talent.
• Hire, coach, and develop regional fleet managers and staff.
• Use scorecards and KPIs to drive accountability and improvement.
• Promote safety-first culture across sites.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA and company procedures.
