Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership in fleet management or distribution.
• Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations and warehouse operations.
• Experience leading multi-site, cross-functional teams and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fleet operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and talent targets.
• Hire, coach, and develop Regional Fleet Managers and staff.
• Drive KPI-driven improvements using scorecards and performance reviews.
• Ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance and safety policy adherence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
