Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with a rapidly growing fitness organization with a national footprint to seek a Regional Fitness Manager. You will oversee the performance, operations, and leadership development of multiple studio locations within your region.

You will directly coach General Managers, drive revenue growth, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent execution of policies and training programs across locations. Occasional travel is required as you build strong regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple locations and developing General Managers or other leaders.
• Strong sales background with a track record of driving revenue growth and improving performance.
• Experience in fitness, boutique fitness, retail, hospitality, med spa, wellness, or another membership-driven environment strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing financial and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership.
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day performance and operations of multiple studio locations.
• Directly manage, coach, and develop General Managers and studio leadership teams.
• Drive revenue growth and achievement of sales goals across the region.
• Monitor key performance indicators including lead generation, booking rate, show rate, close rate, membership growth, and customer retention.
• Conduct regular studio visits and maintain a strong leadership presence across assigned locations.
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions to improve performance.
• Partner with corporate leadership to ensure consistent execution of company policies, initiatives, promotions, and training programs.
• Lead regional manager meetings and communicate priorities, expectations, and business updates.
• Support promotional events, workshops, member appreciation activities, and other regional initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing leadership development and employee training.
