Job summary

Gravis Law, PLLC is seeking a Regional Firm Manager to oversee operational performance, culture, and financial results across multiple offices within the region. You will drive productivity, ensure standardization, and manage a fractional client book while coordinating with firm Operations and the COO.

The ideal candidate has a JD and 5+ years in practice management or high-volume legal operations leadership, with strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required; active bar in a jurisdiction served by Gravis Law.
• Demonstrated leadership in multi-location legal operations or practice management.
• Experience balancing client service with administrative leadership in a regional setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational management of multiple firm locations within the region.
• Drive production and profitability targets across offices with staff productivity and case throughput.
• Maintain a fractional book of clients while guiding regional leadership and ensuring standards.
• Standardize workflows, policies, and procedures across all locations.
• Conduct quality audits of files, workflows, and practices to ensure firm standards.
• Coach and develop office leadership to strengthen engagement and performance.
