Job summary

IPEX by Aliaxis is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales across Chicago, Indianapolis, and surrounding markets. The role focuses on promoting CPVC pipe and fittings for fire suppression, building strong relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, and end-users, and achieving growth targets.

You will network, present technical solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure revenue goals are met.

Qualifications

3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in water-based fire suppression, construction, or project management.
Strong technical, analytical, negotiating and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.
Regular travel within the territory is required.

Responsibilities

Establish sales objectives and monitor progress.
Generate new business through distributor partners, contractors, engineers and end-users.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Obtain favorable product specifications with local engineering firms.
Plan and allocate time to ensure sales goals are met.
Track leads and project opportunities.
Manage regional pricing strategy.
Interact with internal departments like Customer Service, Operations, Logistics and Marketing.
Provide technical presentations and on-site training to engineers, contractors and distributors.
Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers.
