Job summary

Johnson Controls in Arizona is seeking a Service Supervisor to provide vision and leadership for the service business across local offices. You will supervise, hire, and grow technicians, develop business strategies, and drive profitable growth while embracing company programs.

Meet with customers on site, work with schedulers, coordinators, sales, install, and inspections, and respond after hours to emergencies.

Qualifications

Supervisory/leadership abilities including training and team building.
Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
5-10 years’ supervisory experience.
Available for local/regional travel, nights and weekends optional.
Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
Multitask with strong organizational skills.
Handle difficult personalities professionally.
Knowledge of fire alarm and sprinkler material.
Work with city AHJs to pull permits and manage projects.
Knowledge of NFPA fire protection codes.
Able to assist service work and adapt to schedule changes.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

Provide vision and leadership for the service business in local offices.

Meet with customers on site regularly and perform safety checks with field staff.
Coordinate with schedulers, coordinators, sales, install, and inspections.
Respond after hours and weekends to emergencies and service requests.
