Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams across service operations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook/Teams/SharePoint).
• Experience working with customers and coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, leadership and direction for the service business in local offices.
• Supervise, hire and grow technicians; develop business strategies and action plans.
• Meet with customers onsite regularly; coordinate with schedulers, sales, install and inspections.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery; respond after hours for emergencies.
