Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Supervisor to provide vision and leadership for the local service business in the Phoenix area, including supervising technicians, developing strategies, and driving profitable growth. You will work with customers on site and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure safety and timely service.

The role requires 5–10 years of supervisory experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and willingness to travel locally; a BA/NICET is preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel locally/regional, including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and direction for service business in local offices.
• Supervise, hire, and grow technicians; develop business strategies.
• Implement action plans to meet district objectives and drive growth.
• Meet with customers on site and coordinate with field technicians for safety checks.
• Maintain relationships with schedulers, coordinators, sales, install, and inspections.
• Respond after hours and weekends to emergency issues and provide solutions.
• Oversee Phoenix and Tucson service offices and personnel.
