Job summary

Cogswell Sprinkler, part of the Davis-Ulmer (DU) Family of Companies, is seeking a field-based sales hunter to grow our fire sprinkler and life safety inspection business across Metro Boston. You’ll conduct site surveys, develop target accounts, and drive new inspection opportunities in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, and commercial facilities.

You’ll build durable customer relationships, cross-sell services, and negotiate multi-year agreements while leveraging a compounding bonus plan,

Responsibilities

• Hunt new full-scope fire system inspection logos through referrals, networking, prospecting.
• Cross-sell fire sprinkler and monitoring services to existing customers.
• Build a disciplined territory plan with daily routing.
• Present our value to General Managers, Facility Directors, and Building Engineers.
• Negotiate and close multi-year inspection agreements.
• Keep your CRM clean - accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast.
• Stay sharp on industry trends, code changes, and competitor moves.
