Job summary

Brooks Safety Solutions is seeking a Regional Account Consultant to grow Commercial Fire’s customer base across an assigned territory. You will win new inspection and PM agreements for fire and life safety services, building proposals and closing multiyear contracts for full coverage.

Responsibilities include prospecting, site walks, and coordinating with operations to ensure smooth handoffs and strong onboarding for new accounts. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B outside sales with a proven record of new-business development against a quota.
• Experience selling services, contracts or recurring-revenue agreements.
• Ability to read a customer's needs on site and translate them into a written proposal.
• Self-directed, able to manage a territory and schedule with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win new commercial accounts through cold calling, site visits, networking and referrals.
• Coordinate with operations, scheduling and technicians to ensure a smooth handoff and first inspection for new accounts.
• Build and manage a pipeline that meets or exceeds annual new-revenue plan.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline and forecast data in the CRM.
• Identify and maintain relationships with regional Affiliate Partners.
• Convert existing single-service customers into full-service accounts.
