Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Business Development Manager - Fire ISP to lead regional market growth, engage fire departments, and educate on ISP services, PPE decontamination, and regulatory standards.

You will drive revenue through targeted engagement and strategic acquisitions, with extensive travel across designated regions. The role requires 5+ years in business development or related fields, strong presentation and CRM skills, and a track record of expanding municipal and industrial markets

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, fire service operations, PPE services, or related industry experience.
Working knowledge of fire service PPE inspection, cleaning, repair, and applicable NFPA standards.
Experience developing customer relationships and driving revenue growth in fire service markets.
Strong presentation and relationship-building skills with fire department leadership and agencies.
Experience managing CRM pipelines, tracking opportunities, and supporting strategic sales initiatives.
Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
Strong organizational and project management skills with managing contracts and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software platforms.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions and overnight travel for visits and events.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute market awareness and educational initiatives to drive ISP revenue and margins.
Penetrate target geographies with defined services and products via networking with fire departments.
Track ISP network performance and coordinate with site leadership for outreach and growth.
Follow up on new customer leads and convert prospects into customers.
Equip regional sites with resources, tools, and pricing strategies for revenue growth.
Support market research, industry trends, and competitive landscape for opportunities.
Serve as subject matter expert to support launches and market adoption of new services.
Represent the company at industry events and maintain records for compliance.
Monitor regulatory requirements and maintain documentation for approvals and contracts.
Travel to sites, training events, and trade shows as required.
