Job summary

The State of Washington’s Southwest Region Office is seeking a Regional Financial Services Manager (Environmental Planner 5) in Lacey. This role oversees regional budgeting, financial planning, and grants/contracts administration, guiding policy impacts and funding reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in finance, public administration, accounting, or closely related field.
• Experience with budgeting, grants, or contracts in a public agency setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and review budget materials and advise on policy impacts.
• Develop and administer grants and contracts with effective workflows and compliance.
