Job summary

Chase is seeking a Regional Business Manager in Consumer Banking to act as a strategic finance advisor to Regional Directors. You will deliver analytical leadership, plan regional performance, and translate financial drivers into effective strategies.

You will build strong internal partnerships, manage KPIs with the leadership team, and influence divisional initiatives while supporting the broader finance function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to navigate complex financial situations and drive results.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting tools.
• Proven leadership and people development ability.
• Willingness to travel within supported regions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Region Directors, providing analytics-driven clarity for decision-making.
• Provide strategic analytical and business management support for Consumer Banking regional performance.
• Produce reporting and analyze financial results, including expenses, to identify productivity initiatives.
• Plan across the region with leadership to set KPIs and develop strategies.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders (One Chase, Operations, HR, Recruiting) within the region.
• Act as a conduit to the broader finance organization (P&A, Workforce Planning, Data & Analytics, Operational Risk).
• Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape to align performance metrics with priorities.
• Influence new business strategy and cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance.
• Drive bottom-line performance by implementing key initiatives and reviews.
