Chase is seeking a Business Manager within the Consumer and Community Banking Technology Infrastructure team to partner with leaders and Finance to manage budgets, forecasts, costs, and ad‑hoc executive requests. You will drive project execution, prepare management materials, and coordinate initiatives while supporting risk, audit and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
• Proven experience in Business Management or COO role.
• Demonstrated ability delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders; attention to detail and design.
• Ability to work with different stakeholder groups and drive the agenda.
• Excellent written and oral communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Infrastructure Managers and Finance to deliver forecasts, track spend, and optimize infrastructure costs.
• Respond to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
• Create wireframes and mock-ups for management reports and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Communicate with business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
• Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
• Identify risks and drive mitigating controls within the RCSA framework.
• Coordinate town halls and strategy sessions; prepare materials.
• Maintain internal resources on collaboration sites and drive process improvements.
