Job summary

GHD in the United States is seeking a Finance Business Partner - Project Control to collaborate with FMs, PMs, PDs and other leaders to drive financial performance, provide insights, and support reporting, pricing, and revenue recognition. The role supports month-end close and budgeting with a hybrid work model across US offices, preferably Northeast.

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or business. Advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum of five years’ related experience.
• Commercially astute with sound business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance by influencing, analyzing, interpreting and communicating KPIs.
• Provide trusted financial advice to key stakeholders to align business direction and financial strategies.
• Assist in preparation of financial reporting and provides valuable analysis and insights.
• Assist in Pricing / Commercial Analysis support for project proposals and projects.
• Analyze actual vs budgeted expenses on the Profit and Loss Statement.
• Support the Finance Manager with month-end close processes to ensure accurate financial results.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting for projects and operations.
• Assist in liaising with auditors and ensuring compliance.
