Job summary

Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead finance and accounting operations. You will enforce corporate accounting policies, manage the monthly close, and deliver timely statements and analyses.

This role drives cross-functional alignment between finance, operations, and sales, while coordinating with headquarters on system implementations. The ideal candidate has IFRS/US GAAP expertise, 7–10 years of experience, strong leadership, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA a plus.
• 7–10 years related experience and/or training.
• Strong IFRS/US GAAP knowledge and financial controls.
• Forecasting and financial reporting experience.
• Ability to work with all levels of management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and related reports (BS, P&L, cash flow).
• Manage period close, cut-off, and pre-close analysis.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Coordinate annual independent audit and liaise with auditors.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards; provide management with financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and internal controls.
• Collaborate with HQ and branch management on finance initiatives.
