Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Regional Business Analyst (Project Controls) to support Operations Management & Facilities Services across the U.S. You will manage project financials, conduct budgeting/forecasting, and provide accounting support while partnering with project managers, regional leadership, and the OMFS commercial team.

The role emphasizes risk identification, profitability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work with some travel is required in the region being supported.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree in engineering, business, finance, and/or accounting or equivalent experience.
• Progressive accounting/finance experience in industry or consulting services.
• Extensive budgeting, forecasting, planning and reporting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting and revenue/GM recognition.
• Perform variance analysis and financial performance reviews.
• Support accruals and true-up of financials during month/quarter/year closes.
• Collaborate with project managers, regional/corporate leadership, and commercial teams.
• Travel to project sites and regional meetings to engage with teams.
