Job summary

Yes! Communities, Inc.

is seeking a Regional Trainer/Coach to educate and ensure understanding of company policy, marketing, systems, collections, occupancy, community maintenance, staff and resident relations, and expense control for communities within the region. You will partner with regional and community leaders to address operations gaps through coaching and training, travel up to 75%, and onboarding for CMITs, Community Managers, Sales and Leasing Agents, Office Admin and Maintenance

Qualifications

• Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, independent work style with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the region.
• Preferred: property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and community leaders to identify operations gaps and coach.
• Serve as liaison between the EDGE team and field employees to resolve coaching issues.
• Provide ongoing peer support with customized training sessions.
• Develop and execute plans for each community and team members.
• On-board staff in groups or individually on policies and procedures.
• Train on resident interaction, prospect and vendor management scenarios.
• Attend company education seminars and communicate policy updates at regional meetings.
