Minuteman Press International is seeking a Print Production Specialist to support and coach franchise owners in and around the Houston Region. In this role, you'll use your industry expertise to help business owners increase profitability, improve operations, and grow their customer base.

This is a consulting and advisory role—not a production or inside sales position. You’ll travel locally to on-site visits and work with owners to optimize print workflows, design guidance, and shop performance.

Competenze

• 3+ years in commercial or digital printing.
• Graphic design experience.
• Strong understanding of print shop operations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Fiery Command Workstation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Are you experienced in printing, graphic design, or print production and ready to step out of the shop and into a more strategic, consulting and support role?

Minuteman Press International is looking for a Print Production Specialist to support and coach franchise owners in and around the Houston Region. In this role, you'll use your industry expertise to help business owners increase profitability, improve operations, and grow their customer base.

What You’ll Do

Who We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
