Job summary

Minuteman Press International is seeking a Print Production Specialist to coach franchise owners in the Chicago region. This is a consulting and advisory role—not a production position.

You’ll use your printing and graphic design expertise to improve profitability, guide on workflows and equipment, and build long-term relationships with owners as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or digital printing.
• Experience in graphic design.
• Strong understanding of print shop operations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Overview

Are you experienced in printing, graphic design, or print production and ready to step out of the shop and into a more strategic, consulting and support role?

Minuteman Press International is looking for a Print Production Specialist to support and coach franchise owners in and around the Chicago Region. In this role, you’ll use your industry expertise to help business owners increase profitability, improve operations, and grow their customer base.
