Job summary

Minuteman Press International is seeking a Regional Field Support / Print Production & Business Consultant to advise franchise owners across the San Fernando Valley. This role focuses on strategic guidance, process improvements, and growth, rather than production work.

You will travel locally, train staff, optimize workflows, and partner with owners to increase profitability and customer base while maintaining hands-on industry expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or digital printing.
• Graphic design experience.
• Strong understanding of print shop operations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Fiery Command Workstation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

• $55,000 – $60,000 Base + Performance Bonus
• Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Overview

Are you experienced in printing, graphic design, or print production and ready to step out of the shop and into a more strategic, consulting and support role?

Minuteman Press International is looking for a Print Production Specialist to support and coach franchise owners in and around the San Fernando Valley. In this role, you’ll use your industry expertise to help business owners increase profitability, improve operations, and grow their customer base.

This is a consulting and advisory role—not a production or inside sales position.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Support Representative, you will partner with franchise owners to:
