Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, electronics, biomedical technology, or a related STEM field.
• 5+ years' experience in field service, technical support, or equipment servicing roles with complex electro‑mechanical systems.
• 1 year of leadership experience coaching, developing, or guiding others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 75% to support a regional Field Service team in the West U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group or team of Field Service Technicians to achieve organizational goals and coach direct reports.
• Train, develop, motivate and manage daily field service operations.
• Recruit and retain field staff, drive productivity and engagement.
• Address escalated issues and coordinate with customers as needed.
• Ensure KPIs and quality standards are met and aligned with Quality Policy.
