Technical Safety Services LLC seeks a Regional Operations Leader to own and drive profitability for the Raleigh, NC region. You will set strategy, lead field service delivery, and build a high-performing leadership team across multiple locations.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and technical teams to translate business priorities into results, improve margins, and ensure safety and quality across services.

Competenze

• 8+ years of progressive operations or business leadership experience, preferably in field services or a related service business.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and profitability with direct ownership of a $20M+ P&L.
• 5+ years of people leadership across multiple locations.
• Strong financial and commercial judgment, translating strategy into actionable plans.
• Ability to develop leaders, hold teams accountable, and build customer relationships.

• Own and manage the region's $20M+ P&L, delivering revenue and profit targets.
• Build regional operating plan, budget, and forecasts aligned to growth.
• Use data to identify gaps, improve margins, and present results to leadership.
• Partner with Sales to expand customer relationships and pricing within guidelines.
