Job summary

Technical Safety Services LLC seeks a regional leadership executive to own the regional P&L, drive profitable growth, and mentor leaders across multiple locations. This on-site role in Raleigh, NC will partner with General Manager, regional leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into measurable results.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, forecasts, pricing, and field service delivery while improving margins and customer retention.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive operations or business leadership experience in field services or a related service business.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and profitability with direct ownership of a $20M+ P&L.
• 5+ years of people leadership across multiple locations.
• Strong financial and commercial judgment with ability to translate strategy into action.

Responsibilities

• Own the region’s $20M+ P&L and deliver revenue, profit, and targets.
• Build regional operating plans, budgets, and forecasts; align staffing with growth.
• Use data to identify gaps, improve margins, and report results to leadership.
• Partner with Sales to grow customer relationships and manage pricing and proposals.
• Direct field service delivery, ensure safe, accurate testing and certification, and protect retention.
• Improve technician utilization and scheduling; coordinate resources for large projects.
• Collaborate on training, certifications, and compliance; standardize workflows.
• Build and coach a strong management team and develop future leaders.
• Work with HR on workforce planning and engagement; manage facilities and capital requests.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support company-wide programs.
