Job summary

Intralox, L.L.C. is seeking a Regional Field Service Technician based in Rochester, MN to support low-tension polymer conveyor belts, installations, troubleshooting, and customer training across North America.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, effective problem solving, and excellent communication with plant maintenance and account managers. Travel is regional (approximately 70% of time), with occasional nights and weekends and some travel to Canada.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• At least two years manufacturing or mechanical experience.
• Strong mechanical background, ideally with conveying equipment experience.
• Customer service oriented with excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel regionally across North America.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate a service van.

Responsibilities

• Support belt installations and field service at customer facilities.
• Communicate with account managers and customers to build relationships.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field installations.
• Provide on-site training and remote technical assistance.
• Prepare detailed customer reports after each visit.
• Coordinate travel with minimal supervision.
• Ensure safe operation of service van and equipment.
• Travel to North American customer locations, including Canada.
