Qualifications

Demonstrated hands‑on repair craftsmanship from preparation to final quality inspection.
Repeatable troubleshooting approach from symptoms to root cause and resolution.
Experience owning a mobile, route, field‑service workload with limited supervision.
Professional customer communication and ability to manage scope and escalation calmly.
Dependable email, photos, work orders, inventory, and status documentation from start to closure.
A valid, unrestricted driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Diagnose product and service issues, distinguish defects, and choose the repair path.
Perform hands‑on structural and finish‑sensitive repairs using approved tools and materials.
Plan daily schedules and travel across an assigned regional territory with overnight stays as needed.
Maintain vehicle, tools, repair materials, and inventory for assigned work.
Protect customer spaces through setup, containment, and professional conduct, with thorough documentation.
