You will manage tools, parts, and scheduling, ensuring repairs are completed correctly the first time and documented with photos and reports for warranty and customer records.

Qualifications

• Direct bathware experience is not required; practical repair evidence is.
• Repeatable troubleshooting approach to identify root causes and fixes.
• Experience managing a mobile field-service workload with limited supervision.
• Professional customer communication and calm escalation.
• Reliable documentation from assignment through closure.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
