Job summary

HELI America, Inc. is seeking Regional Field Service Technicians to strengthen technical support for dealers and key accounts across the Americas. You will diagnose equipment issues, support field repairs, train service personnel, and coordinate complex cases with headquarters in a regional scope.

Qualifications

• Experience with forklifts, industrial vehicles or similar equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals, wiring diagrams and diagnostic data.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Clear professional communication with dealers and customers; capable of writing useful service reports.
• Willingness to travel within an assigned region and meet driving requirements where needed.
• Commitment to safe isolation, approved repair procedures and handling of energized systems.
• Fluent professional English.
• Technical diploma, apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on training.
• Experience with electric forklifts, lithium batteries, controllers, or dealer technician training.
• Experience managing complex technical cases through remote and field support.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting for material handling equipment.
• Review symptoms, diagnostic data, and operating conditions to plan safe fixes.
• Support dealers and customer technicians with repair guidance and escalation coordination.
• Perform inspections, repairs, adjustments, and functional checks using approved methods.
• Deliver practical technical training on operation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair.
• Maintain service reports, photos, diagnostics, parts needs, and follow-up actions.
• Escalate safety concerns and assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with service, parts, sales and HQ to resolve cases without unauthorized commitments.
• Plan regional visits and communicate case status, scheduling, and next steps to stakeholders.
