Job summary

Siemens Energy in Orlando, FL is seeking a Field Service Operations professional to coordinate outages and maintenance across Latin America, focusing on Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. You will collaborate with regional planners, Field Service teams, and global headquarters to ensure manpower, tooling, and mobilization readiness, while driving standardization initiatives in Salesforce Lightning.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 3+ years in Field Service

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
3+ years of experience in Field Service Operations, Planning, Logistics, Project Coordination, or Supply Chain.
Strong analytical and organizational skills; Excel proficiency; Power BI/dashboard experience is a plus; SAP is required.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end coordination of Field Service execution, including manpower, mobilization, and tooling for outages and maintenance events.
Act as a key interface between Field Service execution teams, regional planning, and headquarters organizations.
Coordinate tooling logistics, including ordering, shipping, tracking, and returns.
Identify, resolve, or escalate issues related to staffing, site readiness, travel logistics, and tooling availability to protect outage schedules.
Maintain high-quality transactional data in SAP PD2 and Salesforce Lightning.
Partner with regional planners, execution leaders, and global teams to standardize processes and drive best practice.
