Siemens Energy in Orlando, FL is seeking a Manager, Field Service IPS Estimating and Scheduling to lead the estimating and scheduling team supporting field service outages across North America. You will develop team capabilities, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with field operations, project management, engineering and business leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, cost estimating, resource scheduling, outage planning, or related operations in energy, power generation, or industrial services.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, resource planning, cost management, and process governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven improvements.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate cost estimates and proposals for field service projects.
• Manage the master schedule for field service resources.
• Develop standardized tools and best practices for estimating and scheduling.
• Analyze performance against estimates to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead a team of estimators and schedulers, fostering accountability.
• Establish governance for estimating and scheduling processes.
