Job summary

Biltright Turf is hiring an Outside Sales professional to independently manage a regional market and sell turf installations to homeowners and large retailers. You will work with Home Depot/Lowe's leads and own a full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a strong emphasis on closing high-ticket deals.

You’ll operate with an ownership mindset, manage your own schedule, and leverage a trusted brand with a track record of quality.

Qualifications

• A proven in-home closer who can sit at the kitchen table and win the order.
• A track record of closing high-ticket sales in-home.
• Ability to build and own a regional pipeline.
• An ownership mindset with region-level accountability.
• Must have a valid license and reliable vehicle; road-ready for field work.

Responsibilities

• Own a region with Home Depot/Lowe's exposure and warm homeowners leads.
• Meet aggressive weekly appointment targets and close deals.
• Design and price turf installations, present options, and close.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to project completion.
• Provide transparent performance metrics and regular updates to leadership.
