You will travel frequently, manage sell-in and sell-through, and collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize inventory and promotions across high-velocity SKUs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in hemp, cannabis, vape, or regulated consumer goods.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience managing retail accounts and distributor relationships.
• High comfort with field-based selling and regional travel.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Own a multi-state/regional territory to drive wholesale revenue growth.
• Prospect, onboard and expand retail and wholesale accounts.
• Hit monthly/quarterly quotas tied to SKU velocity and distribution.
• Expand product assortment and shelf presence across key accounts.
• Maintain CRM data, provide weekly territory updates and forecasts.
• Coordinate with distributors on launches, promotions, and activations.
