Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Field Sales Representative to maximize revenue across assigned territories. You will visit client locations, promote products, negotiate terms, and build lasting partnerships with retailers, driving brand presence and market growth.

The role requires frequent travel, strong communication, and the ability to manage 60–80 accounts while meeting sales targets. Cannabis industry experience is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in outside sales with a proven growth record.
• Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing sales territories and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations and conduct in-store promotions and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers and partners.
• Negotiate terms and close deals that benefit all parties.
• Analyze sales data to inform strategy and improve market share.
• Report territory performance and competitor activities to management.
• Visit stores regularly, drive brand visibility, and meet sales targets.
• Spend 50%+ travel time visiting clients and attending events.
