Job summary

Royal Cup, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new business growth across healthcare, senior living, food & beverage, and hospitality. The role is field-focused, requiring in-market relationship building and deep product fluency to win strategic accounts in Dallas/Fort-Worth and surrounding markets.

You will spend most time in the field, develop a strong pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals that demonstrate value and profitability for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent sales experience.
• 2–4 years of sales experience with a track record of business growth.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT skills; CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Spend majority of time in market, building relationships with procurement leaders and decision-makers.
• Develop fluency in Royal Cup and Farmer Brothers value proposition across target industries.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to close new accounts.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and transition closed accounts to the Regional Account Manager.
