Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting for retail companies.
• Experienced in finding talent through non-traditional avenues.

Responsibilities

• Field recruitment for Estheticians, Airbrush Technicians, and Receptionists.
• Create a talent pipeline through referrals and traditional recruitment.
• Collaborate with Operations Leadership on hiring needs.
• Maintain high service standards by hiring the best candidates.
• Guide candidates through the entire interview process.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends in the industry.
• Forecast weekly hires and time to fill positions.
• Build relationships with Esthetician/Cosmetology schools.
