Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Field Recruiter to recruit and activate subcontractor crews across the Northeast. You will cultivate networks, engage contractors, and onboard crews while driving multi-state recruitment success.

The role is remote with extensive travel to NJ, PA, MA, and NH, focusing on high-volume field-based hiring and building referral-based recruiting strategies. Competitive base salary plus commissions and incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, construction, trades, or a related field.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a multi-state territory.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and developing referral-based recruiting strategies.
• Travel extensively throughout the Northeast region.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and activate subcontractor crews throughout the Northeast territory.
• Build relationships with installers, subcontractors, trade professionals, and industry partners.
• Travel regularly to supply houses, distributors, retail partners, job sites, and community events.
• Attend trade shows, job fairs, networking events, and industry gatherings to generate new leads.
• Develop referral networks within contractor and installer communities.
• Conduct screening and evaluation of prospective subcontractor crews.
• Guide new subcontractors through the onboarding and activation process.
• Maintain recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, and performance metrics.
• Partner with operations leadership to support territory growth and staffing needs.
