Ziply Fiber is seeking a Local Manager to lead teams delivering essential residential and business network services in a designated region. You will drive operational excellence, ensure service commitments, and foster a customer-first culture while partnering with sales, marketing and other teams to pursue new opportunities and strengthen Ziply Fiber’s community presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of installation, repair, central office, and outside plant functions.
• Basic knowledge of FTTH and data networking.
• Basic understanding of electronics, electrical circuitry, network installation, maintenance, and testing of central offices.
• Must be available 24/7 to support off-shift technicians and emergencies.
• Must take pride and ownership in work and be willing to learn.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and good driving record.
• Must complete a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities
