Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Local Manager to lead teams that install and maintain key residential and business network services in the designated region. This role drives operational excellence and a strong customer-first culture while partnering with sales, marketing, and other departments to support new business opportunities and strengthen Ziply Fiber’s presence in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of installation, repair, central office, and outside plant functions.
• Basic knowledge of FTTH and data networking.
• Basic understanding of electronics, electrical circuitry, network installation, maintenance, and testing of central offices.
• Must be available 24/7 to support off-shift technicians and emergency situations as needed.
• Must take pride and ownership in work and exhibit a willingness to learn.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
• Must complete a pre-employment drug screening.
