Protos Security is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead field activities in the Deep South Region (AL, GA, SC) from Atlanta, GA. You will oversee operations, visits, and relationships with clients and providers while driving performance improvements.

The role requires 6+ years in law enforcement or military and experience in security operations or multi-site leadership. Travel is frequent within the region and to support enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of law enforcement or military experience.
• Experience in security operations, account management, or multi-site operations leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale or high-profile client relationships.
• Strong understanding of security operations, vendor management, and service delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own operational oversight and field engagement for an assigned geographic region.
• Plan and conduct scheduled and unannounced site visits based on priorities and client requirements.
• Evaluate security operations in the field including guard performance and site conditions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, security providers, and stakeholders.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate corrective actions with vendors and clients.
• Support provider performance management by documenting field findings and coaching.
• Assist with development and implementation of post orders and operating requirements.
• Support use of Protos technology and field reporting platforms.
• Document site visits and field activity in Salesforce and other systems.
• Monitor operations using KPIs and field intelligence to identify improvement opportunities.
