Job summary

Protos Security in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead boots-on-ground operations across the Deep South region, including AL, GA, SC. You will oversee field engagements, drive performance, and strengthen client and provider relationships while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

You will plan site visits, evaluate operations, and coordinate cross-functional actions with Service, Vendor Relationship Management, Enterprise Accounts and Sales to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of law enforcement or military experience.
• Experience in security operations, account management, or multi-site operations leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale or high-profile client relationships.
• Strong understanding of security operations, vendor management, and service delivery.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently between security locations.

Responsibilities

• Own operational oversight and field engagement for an assigned region.
• Plan and conduct scheduled and unannounced site visits.
• Evaluate security operations including guard performance and post orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providers, supervisors.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Document site visits and actions in Salesforce, GFX, etc.
• Travel throughout the assigned region as necessary.
