Qualifications

• 5+ year's experience in landscape construction, hardscape, masonry, carpentry, or irrigation.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Effective communication and strong organizational skills required.
• Construction background or experience preferred.
• Must have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and execute jobs assisting the onsite Field Manager.
• Maintain heavy equipment and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Oversee safety and proper PPE usage onsite.
• Assist in maintaining job site quality and productivity.
• Keep a safe and clean work environment at all times.
• Coordinate daily work schedules with the Field Manager.
• Assist in training and managing personnel.
