Qualifications

• Two years of professional commercial landscape maintenance experience required.
• Hands-on expertise in landscape care, irrigation system operation, and turf management.
• Experience in hiring and managing landscape contractor personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service levels at various sites within your portfolio.
• Conduct inspections of locations on a regular basis.
• Ensure Contract Partners understand the Scope of Work.
• Hire and terminate Contract Partners as needed.
