Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance required.
Experience in landscape enhancement or installation projects preferred.
Snow management experience required based on geographical area.
Minimum of two years’ experience in hiring and managing contractor personnel.
Responsibilities
Coordinate service levels at various sites for customers and Contract Partners.
Conduct inspections and meet with Contract Partners to ensure service levels.
Hire and manage Contract Partners to correct service levels as needed.
Identify quality problems at customer sites and recommend actions.
Report inventories to the corporate office for proposal submissions.
