Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on experience in oilfield water transfer operations.
• Proven track record in managing 50–60 field employees.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting, ticketing, client billing, and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a crew of 50–60 field technicians, supervisors, and support personnel.
• Manage workforce productivity, scheduling, crew logistics, and shift rotations.
• Oversee timekeeping, attendance, personnel matters, and field accountability.
• Direct hiring, HR duties including recruiting, evaluations, and terminations.
• Direct daily oilfield water transfer operations and field projects.
• Drive operational efficiency and business growth to meet goals.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure seamless execution of operations.
• Maintain full P&L accountability and oversee regional costs.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and project costs.
• Oversee client billing, job costing, and expense management.
• Champion safety-first culture and enforce HSE policies and OSHA guidelines.
