Job summary

NGL Energy Partners LP is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Water Solutions facilities across a region. You will supervise Facility Managers, partner with Maintenance, Engineering, HR and Finance to drive safe and profitable operations and to align with regional business goals.

The role requires building leadership, managing budgets, and delivering executive reports while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must work safely at all times.
• Travel regularly between facilities in the region.
• Hire, train, lead, coach Facility Managers; participate in recruitment of operators.
• Establish budgets and review expenditures for operations.
• Audit facilities and troubleshoot to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow of direct reports and projects.
• Create, deliver and present reports to an executive audience.
• Coordinate with HR to interview, hire and train staff.
• In coordination with Facility Managers, manage regional operations.
• Communicate safety, operations and customer issues to supervisor daily.
