Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a strategic VP of Field Operations to lead operations across 150-200 stores. The role focuses on delivering superior customer service, driving profitability, and building high-performing teams through focused development and talent acquisition.

The VP will spend significant time visiting districts, partnering with leadership, and implementing best practices to achieve sales growth and store excellence. Bachelor's in business is required, ASE not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years multi-unit management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to meet sales and gross margin targets in a multi-unit setting.
• Strong financial and business acumen; proven profitability experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area HR and Store leaders to execute regional strategies.
• Improve operational procedures and share best practices across stores.
• Develop annual sales plans, budgets, forecasts, and store openings.
