FlexStaff seeks a Regional Field Nurse Supervisor to oversee home-based nursing care in Manhattan, NY. This full-time role concentrat es on clinical leadership, audits, and joint visits with field staff. Orientation sessions occur in the Bronx, while duties cover Manhattan.

The position requires an NYS RN license, ADN (BSN preferred), and 3+ years of clinical nursing with home care experience. Strong EHR skills and patient-focused supervision are essential.

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; ADN required, BSN preferred.
• Current active NYS Registered Nurse license.
• Infection control coursework completed.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing, 1-2 years in home care preferred.

• Experience with frail/elderly populations;PACE training upon hire if needed.
• Proficiency with computers and EHR systems.
• Experience with long-term or managed care systems beneficial.
• Valid NY driver's license and vehicle.

FlexStaff is seeking a temp-to-perm Regional Field Nurse Supervisor for our client, a non-profit healthcare organization providing home and community-based healthcare and services for the elderly.

• Location: Manhattan (Orientation sessions will be located in the Bronx, but position covers Manhattan. )
• Setting: Field and On-site
• Pay Rate: $74/hr
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, (1 hour lunch)
• Contract Length: Temp to perm opportunity based on performance and business needs

Summary: The Regional Field Nurse Supervisor is responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes. Conduct supervisory joint visits with Field Nurses. Provide training/in-service education to professional clinical field staff and paraprofessional staff. Perform nursing duties as assigned in the Diagnostic & Treatment Center (DTC) or Medical Practice. In addition, this role serves as a clinical oversight and quality monitoring resource for home-based clinical services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct audits and validate clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with evidence-based nursing practice.
• Perform joint supervisory field visits with clinical field staff, observe skills competencies, and provide oversight and supervision to paraprofessional staff.
• Collaborate with partner organizations, care coordinators, and Interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and infection control guidelines.
• Supervise, instruct, and guide CHNs, Personal Care Aides, or Home Health Aides.
• Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for assigned cases by coordinating care activities, monitoring service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Associate's Degree in Nursing, required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred.
• Current active and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
• Completed NYSED-approved infection control coursework.
• Experience: Minimum of three (3+) years of clinical nursing experience, including 1-2 years in home care or a similar healthcare setting, preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities, excellent communication skills and the capacity to manage multiple cases effectively.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with a frail or elderly population or, if the individual has less than one (1) year of experience but meets all other requirements, must receive appropriate training from the
• PACE organization on working with a frail or elderly population upon hiring.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Experience with long-term care or managed care systems beneficial.
• Vehicle and current New York State driver's license required.
• Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up to date
